Any current Autonomy customer can register to use the Autonomy Customer Support Center. When you sign up , you will be asked to select a unique username and to enter your name, email address, and telephone number. For security purposes, you will also need your Autonomy Entity ID and Autonomy License Key, given to you at the time of purchase. If you have trouble signing up, please contact custadmin@verity.com for assistance. All other issues should be directed to technical support.
